Next Call of Duty game on hold?

According to this financial call on Incgamers there's a quote in there that says the following regarding the Call of duty franchise.

Here is a quote from the call:

No plans to repeat success of Modern Warfare 2 with this year's new COD due to stiffer competition.

I'm assuming since Battle field Bad company 2 is ready to ship come March 2 2010 and Medal of Honor looks to be shaping up quite nicely that activision is going to hold off until the hype cools down from these other games.

What are your thoughts? Does Activision have any thing to worry about?

Any one seen this game called Trine?

The game is quite fun and interesting, there's a demo for the game. I would recommand checking it out! I played the demo quite some time ago and then just recently purchased it.

According to Wikipedia the game is out on the PC and Playstation 3. It is expected to be out on Xbox Live, no release date was given for the Xbox 360 platform.

You can purchase the game in a box version but since the game is under 1 gig of space I would recommend just purchasing it through some sort of digital distribution channel.

Appearently the last update they sent out broke a few things with in the game, so they sent out yet another update to fix the problems.

Wolfenstein Enemy Territory Update

We've been getting the new Wolfenstein Enemy Territory server up and running but for right now it's not open to the public becuase we are currently testing the mod "No quarter" as it appears to be updated more regularly then jaymod. (Our previous mod.)

Also what's interesting is that No quarter will enable us to have even smarter bots, you thought they were smart now? Wait until we get it going with the new mod.

Trust me we tweak the bots to the extreme, and I'm not talking about how hard they are. With our bots they crouch, jump and help people when needed. Alot of times when you play againsit them you can't tell if your playing againist a human or a bot.

Don't beleive me? When the server goes live check it out for your self!

If we find that the No quarter mod is going to be a hassel or we don't like it we'll switch to some other mod. Also we don't have a date as to when the server will be back up publicly and running full steam ahead.

Valve has posted a new update to Left 4 Dead 2 and the Left 4 Dead 2 SDK.

Release notes:

Gameplay
Now ghost PZ's can never be staggered
Enabled PZ bots
PZ bots use their more aggressive survival mode behavior in versus and scavenge
Enabled finale manual spawn by default
Fixed human PZ players not getting counted when they were dead, allowing extra PZ bots to spawn
Reduced effectiveness of melee weapons against the Tank ( 5% of max health, from 10% )
Fixeda case where a player who dies, then is rescued from a rescue closet,and then is revived from a ledge hang receives the secondary weaponthat he lost when he was initially killed
